Are you insured?

Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.

Our insurance policy will also cover theft and key loss.As required by law the insurance policy includes Employers Liability Cover.Copy of our insurance policy is available on request.There is a ?50.00 excess on all claims.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our full public liability cover provided by AXA. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by any of our cleaners up to 1 million pounds.

Do you charge per hour or per job?

Our carpet cleaning is NOT charged per hour but per job. We gather the information about your carpet either over the phone or by a site survey - the type of carpet, the size, stains and condition and provide a quote for the whole job. Once we give you the price it will not change, unless there is a difference in excess of 10%. Please call FREE on 0800 195 1215 for a free no obligation quote for your carpet cleaning.

Can you clean my carpets when I am at work?

Yes, of course.
You can leave a set of keys to your neighbour, porter or letting/estate agent. Please provide the contact details where we have to pick up the keys from including a name and a telephone number. We will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to the initial collection address or post them back through the letterbox. Please note that we may charge you ?10.00 if keys have to be picked up from a different postcode. We insist that you are present at the time of completion so you can inspect the results and pay any outstanding balances to the carpet cleaner.

Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?

Our carpet cleaners will bring all the necessary chemicals and equipment. You need to provide only access to your property, water and el. power.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the cleaning service?

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the carpet cleaning services Anyclean will re-do the job free of charge. In order to solve properly any issue related to poor quality service we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 48 hours.

How soon can you send a carpet cleaner to my place?

We aim to book your carpet cleaning within the next 3 to 5 days. In some cases we may have earlier availabilities or in busy periods we may be able to send a carpet cleaner in a week's time. Please let us know your best dates and we will present you with the closest availabilities.

What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?

We use hot water extraction method also known as steam cleaning. This is the best and the most efficient carpet cleaning method.We use also bonnet buffing, shampoo brushing, dry compound cleaning(HOSTŪ) systems.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We require ?20.00 deposit by debit/credit card at the time of booking and the rest is payable on the day of the cleaning by cash or cheque upon completion of the job. If you want to pay the outstanding balance by credit/debit card there will be a 3% card handling fee.

We accept Visa, Master Card, etc.

Do you guarantee your service?

Anyclean guarantees that we will perform any cleaning service to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, Anyclean will come back and RECLEAN the areas or items to your satisfaction FREE OF CHARGE.

What are your office and cleaners working hours?

Office:Our customer services team will take your call Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 19.00 and Saturday 10.00 - 16.00.
Workers: Our cleaners work any day of the week from 07.00 to 20.00 including Public and Bank holidays. Cleaners can finish later than 20.00 if agreed with Anyclean.

Can I have a regular cleaner once a month?

Yes. You can have a regular cleaner once a month but we will not guarantee the same cleaner every month. Our cleaners are looking for a steady income and we try to allocate them to clients who require weekly/fortnightly service. The cleaner you have had last month may be busy at the time you require this month and we will have to send someone else.

Will I have the same cleaner every week?

You will have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself. Only if your regular domestic cleaner goes away for a week or two we will contact you with regards to providing a replacement.
